A physical theatre performance
"日常 l’amour смерть"
inspired by Albert Camus' novel
"La Peste", or "The Plague".
Half creature, half symbol,
the Plague wreaks havoc on the everyday lives of people in the fictional town of Oran.
Letters from the townspeople litter the streets begging the Plague to spare their lives. Even their ability to love each other without fear or prejudice has been corrupted.
Through movement, dance, and voiceover, this performance explores
the insidious nature of grief, death, and fascism.
